Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Voor ons Healthcare en Strategic Consulting team zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Consultant. In deze unieke rol werk je mee aan uitdagende adviestrajecten binnen zowel zorgvastgoed als commercieel vastgoed. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Consultant werk je vanaf dag één mee aan adviesprojecten voor een breed scala aan klanten, waaronder zorgorganisaties, beleggers, ontwikkelaars, woningcorporaties, gemeenten en vastgoedgebruikers. Je verzamelt en analyseert data, werkt scenario's uit en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere inzichten en concrete adviezen. Je verdeelt je tijd tussen twee gespecialiseerde teams: Healthcare Binnen het Healthcare team adviseer je klanten over strategische huisvestingsvraagstukken en vastgoedontwikkeling binnen de zorgsector. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van markt- en locatieanalyses; - Het doorrekenen van scenario's voor strategische huisvestingsplannen; - Het analyseren van zorgvraag, capaciteit en investeringsmogelijkheden; - Het bijdragen aan onderzoeken, sectoranalyses en publicaties. Strategic Consulting Binnen Strategic Consulting adviseer je beleggers, ontwikkelaars, gemeenten en gebruikers over vastgoed- en locatievraagstukken in uiteenlopende sectoren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het uitvoeren van markt- en locatieonderzoeken; - Het opstellen van marktvisies en haalbaarheidsstudies; - Het analyseren van vastgoedportefeuilles; - Het ondersteunen bij commerciële due diligence trajecten.
