KPC Kern Performance Consulting GmbH sucht ab sofort zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Junior Consultant ITSM im Umfeld Servicenow (m/w/d)

Wir arbeiten mit globalen Unternehmen (Pharma, Automotive, Transport, Lebensmittel, ...) u.a. in Deutschland, Frankreich und den USA als vertrauenswürdiger und engagierter Partner zusammen und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung komplexer Projekte im IT- und Facility-Management.

Unsere Aufgabe ist es, unsere Kunden von der Konzeption bis zur Durchführung von Projekten / Dienstleistungen und beim Management ihrer Lieferanten zu unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie sollten folgende Aufgaben selbständig im Home-Office für uns erledigen:

* Verwaltung und Klärung von Produktanforderungen und -erwartungen mit Stakeholder (Service Owner) aus

verschiedenen Abteilungen

* Pflegen und Priorisieren des Produkt Backlogs

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Scrum Team und sicherstellen, dass die zugewiesenen Aufgaben korrekt und

zeitgerecht erledigt werden

* Implementierung einfacher Konfigurationen des Produkts unabhängig vom DevOps-Team (z. B. Katalogpflege)

Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über:

* Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, optimalerweise auch bezüglich der Scrum-Methode für Agiles

Projekt Management

* Erfahrung im Geschäftsprozessmanagement sowie Verständnis für IT-Prozesse des Kunden

* Erfahrung/Ausbildung im IT-Service-Management Z.B. ITIL Fundation-Zertifizierung

* Erfahrung in IT-Projekten

* IT-Hintergrund/Ausbildung (Studium oder Berufserfahrung z.B. in IT-Abteilungen, Service Desk oder

ähnliches)

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Bereitschaft, sich in das ITSM-Tool ServiceNow einzuarbeiten

* Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit ServiceNow

Wir bieten Ihnen

* Gehalt von 45.000,00 € brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung

* Arbeitsstundenanzahl nach Vereinbarung
