Vos principales en tant Junior Contrôleur :

  • Participer au processus de clôture mensuelle et garantir un reporting précis et dans les délais impartis.
  • Préparer les rapports mensuels et trimestriels de gestion pour le Groupe, incluant les résultats réels, prévisions et budgets, avec un focus sur les revenus, marges, coûts fixes, coûts marketing et coûts de distribution.
  • Préparer et examiner les rapprochements inter-sociétés, tout en suivant les écarts identifiés.
  • Effectuer des contrôles financiers clés et soutenir l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et des contrôles internes.
  • Réaliser des analyses financières pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique et répondre rapidement aux demandes ponctuelles de la direction.
  • Soutenir l'équipe Finance dans la préparation des budgets, prévisions et autres projets financiers ad hoc.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la standardisation des processus et outils de reporting au niveau du Groupe.

Votre profil en tant Junior Contrôleur :

  • Master en Finance, Administration des Affaires, Gestion ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en audit financier, contrôle ou une fonction similaire en finance.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais ainsi que du français ou du néerlandais ; la maîtrise des trois langues est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences sur Excel ; la connaissance de SAP est un plus.
  • Esprit analytique avec une grande attention aux détails.
  • Proactif(ve), flexible, curieux(se) avec un bon esprit critique professionnel.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, de gestion des priorités et du temps.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'industrie musicale.
