Ben je technisch onderlegd en klaar om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen onderhoudscontracten? In deze rol combineer je klantcontact, techniek en financiële opvolging binnen een multitechnische omgeving. Vanuit Mechelen ben jij mede verantwoordelijk voor regio Oost-Vlaanderen.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Junior Contract Manager inhoudt:

  • Beheren van een klantenportefeuille met onderhoudscontracten
  • Opvolgen van contracten, inclusief verlengen, hernieuwen of beëindigen
  • Bewaken van budgetten en financiële resultaten (P&L-verantwoordelijkheid)
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame vertrouwensrelaties met klanten
  • Coördineren en motiveren van technische teams die instaan voor de uitvoering
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en rendabele dienstverlening binnen de contracten
  • Afstemmen van ingezette middelen op noden, planning en kwaliteit

Binnen onderhoud en services wordt sterk ingezet op kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en langetermijnrelaties met klanten. Ondanks de schaal van de organisatie heerst er een collegiale, professionele sfeer met veel aandacht voor samenwerking, ontwikkeling en kennisdeling. Wie zich herkent in deze rol als Junior Contract Manager:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, klimatisatie of industriële wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring heeft in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Een werkervaring van ongeveer 5 jaar kan voorleggen binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving
  • Brede technische kennis bezit van HVAC, elektriciteit en aanverwante technieken
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en deadlinegericht werkt
  • Vlot communiceert en sterk klantgericht is
  • Zich comfortabel voelt in zowel zelfstandig werken als teamwork
  • Vlot overweg kan met courante Office-toepassingen
