Connecting your world Als (junior) Contractmanager Bouw & Infra projecten stel je contractbeheersplannen op en voer je regie over overeenkomsten waarbij je een sterke relatie opbouwt met de leveranciers / aannemers en stakeholders en met enthousiasme en vastberadenheid doelen nastreeft, anderen weet te overtuigen van je visie en met vertrouwen obstakels overwint. Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het: - opstellen van contractbeheersplannen en behalen van de overeengekomen prestaties met de aannemer. Dit doe je samen met een team van contractmanagers en inkopers. - voorkomen van verrassingen doordat je goed op de hoogte bent van wat er speelt. Problemen zie je als onderdeel van het werk en je krijgt energie van het samen oplossen. - zorgdragen voor de juiste besluitvorming op het goede niveau: project, stuurgroep of directie. - contractmanagement verder brengen binnen de raamovereenkomsten en de projecten.
