The posting

Bij een afvalverwerker en energieproducent in Amsterdam werk je aan de procesautomatisering van installaties die restafval omzetten in elektriciteit en warmte en waardevolle materialen terugwinnen. Als junior control engineer draag je bij aan veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte productie. Je vertaalt functionele specificaties naar besturingssoftware, adviseert over hardware en software en helpt regelingen te verbeteren. Daarbij werk je met DCS- en PLC-systemen, HMI, data-acquisitie en emissieregistratie. Je maakt deel uit van een team met procestechnologen en control engineers binnen assetmanagement. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je met operators, productie en de technische dienst over storingen, alarmen en regeltechnische vraagstukken. Ook begeleid je inbedrijfstellingen en train je operators in het gebruik van aangepaste besturingen. Je verdiept je verder in procesregeling, installatieveiligheid en risicobeheersing, onder meer door mee te werken aan HAZOP-studies, audits en incidentonderzoeken. Functie-inhoud - Adviseer over hardware en software voor procesautomatisering en programmeer besturingen vanuit functionele specificaties - Stel projecten in bedrijf en train operators in de bediening van aangepaste installaties - Beheer en configureer automatiseringssystemen, HMI, data-acquisitie en emissieregistratie - Stel regeltechnische functiebeschrijvingen op en verbeter alarmmanagement samen met procestechnologen - Ondersteun productie en technische dienst bij regeltechnische storingen en optimaliseer regelingen - Werk mee aan audits, HAZOP-studies en incidentonderzoeken - Draai mee in de tweedelijns consignatiedienst voor procesautomatisering Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of AOT, aangevuld met cursussen control engineering - Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring met DCS- en/of PLC-systemen in de industrie, bij voorkeur in de energiesector - Je hebt affiniteit met meet- en regeltechniek en ervaring met..
