Betrouwbare financiële rapportering vormt de ruggengraat van doordachte beslissingen. In deze rol draait het om het analyseren van cijfers, het zichtbaar maken van prestaties en het structureren van data zodat management en operations gericht kunnen bijsturen.

De organisatie is een industriële KMO met een internationale afzetmarkt, waar productie, kostprijsinzicht en rendabiliteit nauw met elkaar verweven zijn. Financiële data speelt er een steeds belangrijkere rol in het optimaliseren van processen en het ondersteunen van groei.

Als Junior Controller werk je nauw samen met de Senior Controller en Finance Manager. Je krijgt een actieve rol in rapportering, analyse en de verdere uitbouw van dashboards en managementinformatie, met duidelijke ruimte om inhoudelijk te groeien binnen controlling en data.

Junior Controller - Functieomschrijving:

  • Financiële en operationele analyses door het verzamelen, interpreteren en analyseren van omzet-, kosten- en margedata, met focus op verbeterkansen en besluitvorming.
  • Budget, forecast en profitability via ondersteuning bij budgetopmaak, forecast-updates en rendabiliteitsanalyses per klant, segment, productcategorie of regio.
  • Rapportering en data-ontwikkeling door het mee opzetten, finetunen en automatiseren van rapporten en dashboards in Excel, Power BI en bij voorkeur Microsoft Fabric, inclusief kostprijsberekeningen per machine, product of afdeling.

Junior Controller - Profiel:

  • Sterke financiële basis met een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, aangevuld met een grondige kennis van BEGAAP.
  • Affiniteit met IT en data waarbij geavanceerde Excel-vaardigheden vanzelfsprekend zijn en ervaring met Power BI, Fabric of een ERP-omgeving een duidelijke meerwaarde vormt.
  • Analytische en communicatieve scherpte met oog voor detail en het vermogen om complexe analyses helder toe te lichten aan niet-financiële collega's.
