Ben jij in staat en vind je het leuk om de verbinding te leggen tussen het beleid en de uitvoering? Heb jij affiniteit met de (forensische) zorg? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als junior controller ga je onder andere de Financial Controller en Business Controller ondersteunen bij de volgende werkzaamheden: - Opstellen van de begroting; - Ondersteuning en controle van de jaarrekening; - Verantwoordingsrapportages; - Financiële analyses; - Declaratieproces. Je levert daarnaast een bijdrage aan: - Financiële- en productierapportages; - Analyse financiële gegevens; - Dashboards voor managementinformatie; - Verantwoording van subsidies; - Beheer van budgetcyclus. Je werkt samen met collega's van de financiële administratie en de zorgadministratie, beide controllers, en de locatiemanagers binnen Exodus. Als junior controller heb je een meetbare impact op de organisatie doordat je inzicht geeft in financiële prestaties met onder andere rapportages van subsidies. Dit is een interessante opstapfunctie binnen het zorgdomein! Wat vragen wij van jou? - HBO werk- en denkniveau: bijvoorbeeld een afgeronde opleiding in Financieel Management, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar; - Bij voorkeur 1-2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Kennis van financiële wet- en regelgeving; - Kennis van zorgdeclaraties en wet- en regelgeving is een pré; - Ervaring met financiële software (AFAS/Accountview) en Excel; - Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail; - Je beschikt over communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je bent integer en kunt goed omgaan met ver...
