Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Controller combineer je financiële analyses met ondersteunende taken voor verschillende Finance teams.

Ongeveer 50% van je tijd werk je mee aan controlling en rapportering. De andere helft ondersteun je de financiële werking van verschillende afdelingen.

Je krijgt een breed takenpakket met veel variatie en groeimogelijkheden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Controlling & analyses

  • Je verzamelt en analyseert financiële gegevens.
  • Je ondersteunt bij budgetten, forecasts en maandafsluitingen.
  • Je helpt bij de opmaak van financiële rapporteringen.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en onderzoekt mogelijke oorzaken.
  • Je vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten voor managers.
  • Je ondersteunt operationele afdelingen bij het interpreteren van resultaten.
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties en verbeteringen.

Finance Support

  • Je ondersteunt administratieve en financiële processen.
  • Je helpt bij de verwerking en opvolging van financiële dossiers.
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende Finance teams waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met accountants, controllers en andere stakeholders.
  • Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit en correctheid van financiële data.

Projecten & systemen

  • Je neemt deel aan financiële projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt systeemverbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere uitrol van SAP.
  • Je werkt regelmatig samen met internationale collega's.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent iemand die graag met cijfers werkt en energie haalt uit analyses.

Daarnaast communiceer je vlot en durf je initiatief nemen. Je wacht niet af, maar stapt zelf op collega's en managers af wanneer je bijkomende informatie nodig hebt.

  • Bachelor of master in Finance, Accountancy, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen controlling, finance of accounting is mooi meegenomen.
  • Sterke schoolverlaters komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt inzicht in financiële processen en begrijpt de basis van een maandafsluiting.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je durft kritisch meedenken en verbetervoorstellen formuleren.
  • Je kan financiële informatie helder uitleggen.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, vooral Excel.
  • Ervaring met Power BI is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is mooi meegenomen.
