Deine neue Herausforderung: Erstellung von Datenanalysen, Reports und ad-hoc- Auswertungen für die Geschäftsführung Controlling der Zentralfunktionen und ausgewählter Beteiligungsgesellschaften Mitarbeit bei der Überarbeitung / Erstellung von Berichtsstandards und Reportingprozessen Unterstützung bei der Jahresabschlusserstellung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Stakeholdern (kfm. Regionalleitung, Baukaufleute, Accounting, Treasury) Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Controllingsysteme und Datenanalyseprozesse Idealerweise bringst du mit: Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung wie z.B.: HAK Digital Business oder ähnliches Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kreativität, Hand-On Mentalität und kommunikatives Geschick Dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Zahlenaffinität Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power BI, Kenntnisse im Bereich Managementinformationssysteme von Vorteil.
