Als Junior Cost Engineer ondersteun je bij het bepalen, bewaken en analyseren van de kosten van technische projecten en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je leert technische werkzaamheden te vertalen naar begrotingen, kostenramingen en financiële prognoses en krijgt inzicht in hoe technische keuzes invloed hebben op het budget en het uiteindelijke projectresultaat. Als maritiem professional ben je gewend om vooruit te kijken, middelen efficiënt in te zetten en rekening te houden met onverwachte situaties. Die praktische instelling vormt een goede basis voor een functie als Junior Cost Engineer . Aan wal leer je deze ervaring te combineren met financiële analyse en projectbeheersing. Je werkt nauw samen met project engineers, werkvoorbereiders, inkopers, projectleiders en leveranciers. Hierdoor krijg je een breed beeld van technische projecten en ontwikkel je jezelf richting een zelfstandige cost engineer die techniek en financiën met elkaar kan verbinden. Wat ga je doen als Junior Cost Engineer - Ondersteunen bij de financiële voorbereiding en beheersing van technische projecten. - Opstellen van kostenramingen voor onderhoud, modificaties en technische projecten. - Analyseren van technische tekeningen, werkpakketten en specificaties om materialen, uren en werkzaamheden inzichtelijk te maken. - Verwerken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers en ondersteunen bij het vergelijken van verschillende aanbiedingen. - Bijhouden van projectbudgetten en kostenontwikkelingen en signaleren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van de oorspronkelijke begroting. - Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij het maken van financiële prognoses en rapportages. - Verzamelen van gegevens over materiaalgebruik...
