Je krijgt bij ons niet een dichtgetimmerd plan met precies welke post je op dinsdag om 10:00 uur moet plaatsen. We zoeken juist iemand die zelf ziet waar kansen liggen en het leuk vindt om verschillende dingen op te pakken. Je taken zijn daarom lekker divers. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - Het bedenken, maken en editen van video's, posts en andere content. - Het bedenken van nieuwe manieren om onze doelgroep te bereiken. - Het bedenken van presentjes en attenties voor onze gedetacheerden. - Het meedenken over onze marketingstrategie en uitstraling. - Het analyseren van cijfers per platform en hierover verslag doen en aanbevelingen maken. - Het organiseren van kwartaalmeetings en andere interne evenementen. We vertrouwen erop dat jij zelf initiatief neemt en geven je de ruimte om dingen op jouw manier aan te pakken. Natuurlijk werken we samen en sparren we met elkaar, maar we zijn vooral benieuwd naar jouw ideeën . Jouw functie hoeft dus niet hetzelfde te blijven als op dag één. We willen juist kijken waar jij naartoe kunt groeien. Wie je bent (of wil worden): We zoeken vooral iemand met een frisse blik . Iemand die naar onze marketing én naar onze branche kijkt en denkt: "Waarom doen we dit eigenlijk zo? Kan dit niet veel slimmer, leuker of beter? " Je bent creatief, zelfstandig en vindt het leuk om verschillende dingen op te pakken. Je hebt gevoel voor content, bent niet bang om iets nieuws te proberen en krijgt energie van het bedenken en uitvoeren van ideeën. Ervaring is natuurlijk mooi meegenomen, maar we vinden nieuwsgierigheid, initiatief en een goede dosis creativiteit minstens zo belangrijk. Je hoeft niet iemand te zijn die alles al weet.
