Dan pas jij bij ECCO Products. Wij zoeken geen standaard klantendienstmedewerker wij zoeken een Customer Hero met goesting, humor en zin om te leren.

Wat doe jij?

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen alsof je zelf klant bent – snel, foutloos en met oog voor detail. Je regelt zendingen naar Italië, Duitsland of gewoon om de hoek. Orderwijziging? Jij zegt “no stress” en fixt het met een glimlach. Je belt, mailt en helpt klanten alsof het vrienden zijn (die toevallig veel bestellen). Je werkt samen met sales, logistiek en boekhouding teamwork makes the dream work. Je denkt mee: hoe kan het slimmer, vlotter, klantvriendelijker?

Elke dag is anders. Geen script, geen robotwerk wel mensenwerk met impact.

  • Je bent sociaal, spontaan en blijft chill, zelfs op drukke dagen.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling, tempo en korte communicatielijnen.
  • Je denkt niet in “problemen”, maar in “hoe fixen we dit?”.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels. → En als je Frans wat roestig is? Geen paniek! We voorzien een opfriscursus Frans bij de start.
  • Je hebt nog niet veel ervaring? Geen probleem. Wij hebben een opleidingstraject dat je helemaal klaarmaakt voor de job.
  • Belangrijker dan ervaring: je houding, energie en goesting om te leren.
