Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in de regio Brugge vinden hun collecties via een internationaal dealernetwerk de weg naar heel Europa. Jouw functie als Junior Customer Service Als Junior Customer Service word je het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor klanten en dealers in binnen- en buitenland. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail over bestellingen, leveringen, retours en productinformatie, en volgt elk dossier van A tot Z op in het ERP-systeem. Je werkt hand in hand met de logistieke en salesafdeling, zodat elke levering vlot verloopt, en je brengt klanten proactief op de hoogte als er iets verandert. Daarnaast neem je ook administratieve taken op, zoals orderinvoer en het opmaken van creditnota's.

Geen ervaring? Geen probleem. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en collega's die je graag op weg helpen.

  • Je bent pas afgestudeerd of hebt een eerste ervaring in een klantgerichte rol. Vooral je motivatie en attitude maken het verschil.
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands-Frans. Kennis van Duits en/of Spaans is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en blijft rustig, ook in drukkere periodes.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt graag het overzicht.
  • Je wil leren, groeien en mee bouwen aan een organisatie in beweging.
