Als Junior Data Analist combineer je data-analyse, CRM-beheer en IT-support in een gevarieerde functie. Je helpt mee om processen te optimaliseren, ondersteunt collega’s bij technische vragen en vertaalt data naar bruikbare inzichten voor de organisatie. Je maakt deel uit van een klein IT-team en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

Data-analyse (50%)

  • Verzamelen, verwerken en analyseren van gegevens binnen het datawarehouse.
  • Opstellen van rapporten en dashboards in Power BI en Excel.
  • Ondersteunen van interne stakeholders met analyses, trends en inzichten ter ondersteuning van de business.

CRM-beheer (25%)

  • Dagelijks beheer en optimalisatie van het CRM-systeem.
  • Ondersteunen van interne gebruikers en bewaken van de datakwaliteit.
  • Opzetten en onderhouden van workflows, rapporteringen en dashboards.

IT-support (25%)

  • Verlenen van eerstelijnsondersteuning aan interne gebruikers voor CRM-, hardware- en softwaregerelateerde vragen.
  • Registreren en oplossen van incidenten via het ticketsysteem.
  • Ondersteunen bij IT-gerelateerde projecten en technische vraagstukken.
  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding gevolgd in een IT-gerelateerde richting.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Power BI, SQL en Excel.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in data-analyse en CRM-systemen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gaat probleemoplossend te werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en durft ondersteuning te bieden in het Frans.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar leergierigheid en een sterke interesse in IT zijn minstens even belangrijk.
