Jobomschrijving

  • Beheren en controleren van operationele data om een hoge datakwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Verwerken, actualiseren en onderhouden van gegevens in verschillende systemen en databanken.
  • Opstellen en analyseren van rapportages ter ondersteuning van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering.
  • Monitoren van operationele KPI's en signaleren van afwijkingen of verbeterpunten.
  • Ondersteunen van interne projecten door data-inzichten en administratieve opvolging aan te leveren.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om processen efficiënter en consistenter te maken.
  • Uitvoeren van analyses rond operationele prestaties, voorraadbeheer en datanauwkeurigheid.
  • Formuleren van verbetervoorstellen en actief bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige documentatie van procedures en werkafspraken.
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat- of bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in administratie, supply chain, bedrijfskunde, accountancy of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een administratieve, operationele of analytische functie is een troef.
  • Je bent sterk geïnteresseerd in data, rapportering en procesverbetering.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en hebt ervaring met functies zoals draaitabellen, XLOOKUP of complexe formules.
  • Kennis van BI-tools of ERP-systemen vormt een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent proactief en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat.
