The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Eindhoven werk je aan procesbesturing voor de food-, feed-, water- en chemiesector. Als Junior DCS Engineer vertaal je functionele ontwerpen naar configuraties in Siemens PCS7 en andere DCS-systemen. Je programmeert procesregelingen, configureert sequenties en bouwt procesbeelden waarmee operators installaties kunnen bedienen en bewaken. Een ervaren engineer begeleidt je bij de technische keuzes en helpt je om de samenhang tussen software en procesgedrag te begrijpen. In je dagelijkse werk bespreek je ontwerpen met collega's, werk je configuraties uit en controleer je of de besturing aansluit op de gewenste proceswerking. Je kunt daarbij terugvallen op je team en bouwt stap voor stap meer zelfstandigheid op. Met systeemtrainingen, cursussen en certificering verdiep je je kennis van industriële automatisering. Ook kun je oefenen op trainingsopstellingen en samen met collega's nieuwe technieken verkennen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele ontwerpen vertalen naar DCS-configuraties onder begeleiding van een ervaren engineer - PCS7-blokken configureren voor procesbesturing en regelingen - Sequenties programmeren voor het stapsgewijs aansturen van processen - Procesbeelden ontwikkelen voor bediening en bewaking door operators - Configuraties controleren en de proceswerking met collega's bespreken - Technische keuzes en wijzigingen vastleggen voor overdracht en onderhoud Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische hbo-opleiding afgerond of beschikt door relevante werkervaring over hbo-werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt interesse in procesbesturing en DCS-toepassingen - Ervaring met Siemens PCS7 of andere DCS-systemen is een pre, geen vereiste - Je bent leergierig en wilt je ontwikkelen in industriële automatisering - Je communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's en beheerst de Nederlandse taal Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.400 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Begeleiding door ervaren engineers en ruimte om door te groei.
