Als Junior Dispatcher ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze transportafdeling. Je ondersteunt onze dispatchers en transportplanners bij de dagelijkse werking en leert stap voor stap alle geheimen van het vak. Een ideale functie voor wie graag wil doorgroeien naar Dispatcher of Transportplanner! 🚀

📋 Wat ga je doen?

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde! Jij zorgt mee voor een vlotte en efficiënte transportwerking door:

✅ De dagelijkse transportplanning mee op te volgen en te ondersteunen ✅ Leverbonnen af te drukken en transportdocumenten correct te verwerken ✅ Vrachten op te volgen en transportgerelateerde vragen of klachten mee te behandelen ✅ Snel oplossingen te zoeken wanneer er onverwachte situaties ontstaan ✅ Dagelijks contact te onderhouden met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's ✅ Telefoons en mailboxen te beheren en te zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie ✅ KPI's op te volgen, dashboards te analyseren en rapportages op te maken ✅ Rechtstreeks te rapporteren aan de Transport Manager

Jij bent iemand die graag de touwtjes in handen heeft en houdt van structuur.

✔️ Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd ✔️ Je behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten ✔️ Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid ✔️ Je hebt interesse in logistiek en transport en wilt hierin groeien ✔️ Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste ✔️ Excel en MS Office kennen voor jou weinig geheimen ✔️ Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands ✔️ Kennis van het Frans? Dat is een mooie extra troef! 🇫🇷 ✔️ Je bent flexibel en helpt collega's graag waar nodig
