Ben jij sterk in plannen, snel schakelen en communiceren? Als dispatcher volg je dagelijks de transportactiviteiten op en zorg je ervoor dat chauffeurs en leveringen vlot op weg blijven.

Je komt terecht bij een internationale speler in transport en logistiek voor voedingsmiddelen. Vanuit een moderne werkomgeving werk je samen met een team van dispatchers, planners en andere interne diensten. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en leert zowel planning als dispatching kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je volgt de opstart van de dagelijkse ritten op en zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs tijdig vertrekken. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van de leveringen en grijpt in wanneer er problemen ontstaan. - Je staat voortdurend in contact met chauffeurs en helpt hen bij vragen of onverwachte situaties onderweg. - Je zorgt ervoor dat dringende zendingen tijdig en correct worden afgeleverd. - Je werkt nauw samen met planning, customer service en andere interne afdelingen. - Je zorgt voor een vlotte informatiestroom tussen chauffeurs en collega's. - Je volgt wachttijden, prestaties en afwijkingen op en denkt mee over verbeteringen. - Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van ritten en dagelijkse controles. - Je krijgt een opleiding in zowel planning als dispatching, zodat je de volledige transportwerking leert kennen. - Vaardigheden: Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of een andere operationele omgeving, maar ook zonder ervaring en wél de juiste attitude ben je welkom. Je blijft rustig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer de planning plots verandert. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief wanneer er zich problemen voordoen. Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met chauffeurs, collega's en andere betrokken partijen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een correcte administratieve opvolging. Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt verschillende zaken tegelijk opvolgen. Je bent flexibel en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar snel schakelen belangrijk is.
