Je nieuwe werkomgeving

Voor een groeiend boekhoudkantoor in de regio Oudenaarde zijn we op zoek naar een junior accountant. Het kantoor combineert accountancy en fiscaliteit met een stukje juridische dienstverlening en telt meerdere vestigingen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. De cultuur is jong, gedreven en ambitieus, met een menselijke en flexibele aanpak: een kantoor met de schaal en voordelen van een grote speler, maar met de sfeer van een klein team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat mee in voor het inboekwerk en de voorbereiding van dossiers van een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille
  • Je bouwt stap voor stap mee aan afsluitingen, naargelang je ervaring en leersnelheid
  • Je krijgt de kans om te groeien richting adviesverlening aan klanten
  • Zodra je er klaar voor bent, sluit je mee aan bij klantengesprekken en bouw je een eigen band op met dossiers
  • Je volgt de fiscale en boekhoudkundige evoluties op binnen je dossiers en past deze toe

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een boekhoud- of accountancykantoor
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met een echte interesse voor cijfers
  • Je bent leergierig en digitaal ingesteld: je werkt vlot met boekhoudsoftware en staat open voor verdere digitalisering
  • Je bent spontaan en oprecht, en je haalt energie uit samenwerken in team
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig; kennis van het Frans is een plus
