Je eerste ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor zit erop. Nu zoek je vooral een omgeving waar je daar écht op kunt verder bouwen.

Voor een gevestigd accountancykantoor in regio Genk zoeken we een Junior dossierbeheerder die de basis van het vak al kent en klaar is om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele, professionele omgeving waar accountancy en fiscaliteit hand in hand gaan. Je werkt voor een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille en krijgt de kans om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen, zonder dat je er vanaf dag één alleen voor staat.

Functieomschrijving Samen met een ervaren dossierbeheerder volg je een portefeuille van klanten op. Je start vanuit wat je vandaag al beheerst en groeit stelselmatig verder richting een bredere dossierverantwoordelijkheid. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële documenten verwerkt en controleert;
  • btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen voorbereidt;
  • meewerkt aan tussentijdse cijfers en de voorbereiding van afsluitingen;
  • ondersteunt bij de opmaak en controle van jaarrekeningen;
  • gaandeweg meer betrokken wordt bij personen- en vennootschapsbelasting en de verdere opvolging van dossiers.

Het doel? Niet jarenlang hetzelfde uitvoerende werk blijven doen, maar inhoudelijk sterker worden in het vak. Voor deze functie zoeken we bewust iemand die al minstens 1 jaar een basis binnen accountancy heeft opgebouwd.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een andere relevante boekhoudkundige opleiding op bachelorniveau.
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor, accountantskantoor of fiduciaire omgeving. Ervaring uitsluitend binnen de interne boekhouding van een onderneming sluit minder aan bij deze functie.
  • Je hebt daardoor al een goede basiskennis van boekhouding en btw en weet hoe dossiers binnen een fiduciaire omgeving worden opgevolgd.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, maar durft evengoed vragen te stellen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot en vindt het fijn om op termijn ook meer rechtstreeks contact met klanten op te nemen.
