Voor een gevestigd boekhoudkantoor met vestigingen in Edegem en Sint-Niklaas zijn we op zoek naar een boekhoudkundig medewerker. Het kantoor beheert een divers cliënteel van vennootschappen en eenmanszaken en telt een jong en dynamisch team; Er heerst een informele, collegiale sfeer;

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je boekt inkomende en uitgaande facturen, bankafschriften en andere financiële documenten in het boekhoudsysteem.
  • Je houdt kasboeken nauwgezet bij.
  • Van zodra je voldoende ervaring hebt opgebouwd, dien je zelfstandig btw-aangiftes in.
  • Je bereidt afsluitend werk voor;
  • Je controleert de juistheid en volledigheid van ingevoerde gegevens en corrigeert eventuele fouten.
  • Je beantwoordt eenvoudige vragen van klanten en leveranciers over facturen, betalingen en btw-aangiftes.
  • Je controleert de resultatenrekening en de saldibalans.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een diploma in boekhouden, administratie of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een junior profiel met een eerste ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor;
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van boekhoudsoftware, btw-wetgeving en de basisprincipes van de boekhouding.
  • Je bent punctueel en respecteert deadlines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en discreet.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en spreekt vlot Nederlands.

  • Een startersloon tussen € 2.200 en € 2.600 bruto per maand
