Rohstoffe & Handelswaren

Vollzeit Wels Mit deinem Beitrag sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Produktion jederzeit optimal mit Rohstoffen und Materialien versorgt ist. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Lieferanten sowie Kolleg:innen aus Produktion, Logistik und Planung zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben - abwechslungsreich und verantwortungsvoll:

* Operative und strategische Beschaffung von Rohstoffen, Handelswaren und Verbrauchsmaterialien

* Planung und Erstellung von Kontrakten sowie Mengensicherungen auf Basis von Bedarfs-, Bestands- und Lieferdaten

* Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf

* Laufende Bestandskontrolle und Optimierung von Lagerbeständen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Disposition

* Überwachung von Lieferungen sowie Klärung von Lieferabweichungen und Reklamationen

* Durchführung von Preisanfragen, Angebotseinholung und Rechnungsprüfung

* Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Kennzahlen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten sowie internen Schnittstellen wie Produktion, Logistik, Supply Chain Planning und Qualitätsmanagement

Das bringst du mit - deine Stärken zählen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HAS oder Wirtschaftsstudium)

* Erste Berufserfahrungen im Einkauf von Vorteil

* Gute ERP-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Zahlenverständnis und Organisationstalent

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner_innen

* Interesse an Lebensmittel und deren Qualität

Einstufung erfolgt abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und liegt über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt.
