Wir suchen 1 (Junior) eLearning Specialist_in Deine Aufgaben

* Gemeinsam mit einer erfahrenen Sparring-Partnerin, die dich vor allem in der Onboarding-Phase fachlich unterstützt, betreust und entwickelst du unsere Lernplattform efront weiter

* Du erstellst moderne eLearning-Inhalte wie Trainings, Videos und Lernpfade für Lernplattform und trägst so aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei

* In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem HR-Development-Team denkst du unser eLearning strukturiert und bringst aktiv Ideen ein

* Du passt konzernweite Lerninhalte für den lokalen Einsatz an und sorgst dafür, dass sie optimal zu unseren Zielgruppen passen

* Die Planung und Begleitung von eLearning-Rollouts in enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern runden dein Aufgabenprofil ab

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt eLearning im Bereich Medien/Grafik/Design oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

* Du bringst idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung mit digitalen Lernformaten oder Lernplattformen mit (efront ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss)

* Kenntnisse in der Adobe Suite sowie Articulate Storyline und Rise sind ebenfalls von Vorteil

* IT-Affinität und Interesse an neuen Tools & Technologien, etwa im Bereich KI, unterstützen dich dabei moderne Lernangebote aktiv mitzugestalten

* Durch dein Gespür für Gestaltung und deiner selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise fällt es dir leicht strukturierte Inhalte zu erstellen

* Mit deinem autodidaktischen Mindset eignest du dir leicht Wissen an und bringst die Motivation mit, auch andere dabei erfolgreich zu begleiten

* Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift unterstützen dich bei deiner Tätigkeit

Diese Stelle ist als befristete Karenzvertretung mit einem Stundenausmaß ab 30 Wochenstunden vorgesehen.

Wir bieten eine leistungsorientierte Vergütung, die Qualifikation und Erfahrung berücksichtigt und über kollektivvertragliche Vorgaben hinaus geht. So ist für diese Stelle ein Mindestentgelt von monatlich € 2.600,00 brutto auf Basis Vollzeit vorgesehen.
