Wij zoeken een End Customer Support Medewerker om ons team te versterken of, in onze LOXONE termen uitgedrukt: een echte probleemoplosser met een technische interesse. Help je graag mensen uit de nood, krijg je energie van het zoeken naar oplossingen en heb je technische kennis? Perfect, dan zijn we naar jou op zoek!

LOXONE maakt eenvoudige besturing en intelligente automatisering van allerlei soorten projecten mogelijk. Van Smart Homes tot commerciële projecten en speciale toepassingen. In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindklanten met vragen over hun LOXONE installatie. Je helpt hen telefonisch, via e-mail, livechat en ons ticketsysteem en zorgt ervoor dat technische problemen zo snel en duidelijk mogelijk worden opgelost.

Hoe ziet jouw job eruit?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindklanten met technische vragen over hun LOXONE installatie.
  • Je helpt klanten telefonisch en via e-mail, tickets en livechat met hun vragen en problemen.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en zoekt samen met de klant naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je legt technische informatie duidelijk en begrijpelijk uit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het gebruik, de installatie en configuratie van LOXONE systemen.
  • Je registreert en volgt vragen, bugs en klachten correct op.
  • Je test binnenkomende RMA producten en rapporteert technische problemen.
  • Je werkt mee aan technische documentatie, checklists en vertalingen.
  • Je schakelt collega’s in wanneer een probleem verdere technische expertise vereist.
  • Dankzij jouw enthousiasme en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een hoge klanttevredenheid.

Ben jij wie we zoeken?

  • Heb je een diploma in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, elektriciteit of elektronica?
  • Heb je al een eerste ervaring met gebouwautomatisering of domotica?
  • Help je graag mensen uit de nood en krijg je voldoening van het vinden van oplossingen?
  • Heb je goede computerskills en ben je nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologie?
  • Heb je interesse in Smart Home en building automation?
  • Ben je Nederlandstalig en kan je jezelf behelpen in het Engels of Duits?
  • Heb je een klein streepje voor dankzij kennis van de Franse taal door veelvuldige vakanties aan de Franse Rivièra?
  • Ben je vriendelijk, geduldig en niet zo snel uit je lood geslagen?
  • Kan je goed luisteren en technische informatie op een eenvoudige manier uitleggen?
  • Werk je graag in teamverband?
  • Ben je bereid je bij te scholen en hiervoor ook te reizen naar onze hoofdzetel in Oostenrijk? Bij de start van je job voorzien we een opleiding van 3 weken.
