Participez concrètement à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies de décarbonation pour des bâtiments et industries en Belgique.Au sein de Carbon Shift, vous rejoignez une équipe de consultants et intervenez sur des projets concrets mêlant énergie, HVAC, électricité et data pour améliorer la performance des sites. Vous travaillez chez vos clients et contribuez activement à leur transition énergétique avec des solutions pragmatiques et mesurables.

Votre mission se déroule : chez vos clients à travers la Belgique. Le site Equans auquel vous êtes rattaché : Nivelles ou Grimbergen.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • conseiller et accompagner les clients dans la définition, la planification et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de transition énergétique et de décarbonation
  • évoluer vers un rôle de référent technique pour votre équipe et vos clients
  • gérer les projets au quotidien ainsi que leur suivi budgétaire
  • veiller au respect des exigences contractuelles et des consignes de sécurité
  • collaborer avec les équipes projets et maintenance Equans pour développer des offres intégrées de monitoring data et de performance énergétique
  • développer des solutions innovantes basées sur la data pour améliorer la performance énergétique et la durabilité des sites
  • représenter Carbon Shift Consulting lors d’événements, workshops et benchmarks clients
  • contribuer à la conception et à l’évolution des offres de conseil et de services intégrés (EPC, monitoring, services digitaux, financement carbone)
  • assurer la gestion et le suivi financier des projets de consulting

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • diplôme d’ingénieur civil ou industriel
  • connaissances en HVAC, énergie et/ou décarbonation, idéalement en bureau d’études multi-techniques
  • compréhension du secteur de l’énergie, du changement climatique et du développement durable
  • expérience en gestion de projets et organisation avec respect des délais
  • aisance avec des approches data et analyse énergétique
  • communication claire et structurée, réactivité, proactivité et compétences commerciales
  • attention à la sécurité, à la qualité, au service client, à l’esprit d’équipe et au partage de connaissances
  • maîtrise du français et du néerlandais
