Als Junior Engineer Besturingstechniek in Kelpen-Oler werk je bij een technische organisatie binnen de industriële automatisering. Je helpt bij het ontwerpen, programmeren en testen van besturingen voor machines en installaties. Daarbij vertaal je functionele eisen naar overzichtelijke PLC-logica en een begrijpelijke bediening via HMI-schermen. Je bouwt voort op je elektrotechnische basis en leert hoe sensoren, aandrijvingen en software samen een betrouwbaar werkend systeem vormen. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met ervaren engineers en collega’s uit de elektrotechniek. Je controleert I/O-signalen, test programmastappen en helpt afwijkingen tijdens het inbedrijfstellen te analyseren. Door mee te kijken, zelf onderdelen uit te werken en feedback te verwerken, ontwikkel je jouw kennis van besturingssoftware, industriële communicatie en veilig machinegedrag. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen bij het programmeren en aanpassen van PLC-besturingen - Eenvoudige HMI-schermen en bedieningsfuncties uitwerken - I/O-lijsten controleren en signalen van sensoren en actuatoren testen - Besturingsfuncties testen aan de hand van functionele eisen - Meehelpen bij inbedrijfstelling en het analyseren van storingen - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering vanuit opleiding, stage of eigen projecten - Interesse in ontwikkelomgevingen zoals Siemens TIA Portal - Basisvaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema’s - Een nauwkeurige werkwijze bij programmeren, testen en documenteren - Bereidheid om vragen te stellen en samen technische problemen op te lossen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.900 en € 3.500 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime startersfunctie van 40 uur per week - Een detavastconstructie met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - Praktijkervaring met PLC-software, HMI-be.
