Ben jij een ingenieur die liever tussen de machines staat dan vanop afstand analyses maakt? Wil je productieprocessen van dichtbij leren kennen, samenwerken met operatoren en techniekers en een zichtbare impact hebben op de werkvloer?

Als Junior Engineer stap je rechtstreeks een complexe productieomgeving binnen. Je leert onze papiermachines, processen en mensen grondig kennen en groeit stap voor stap in je rol.

  • Je verdiept je in het volledige productieproces van gerecycleerd papier.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met operatoren, teamleaders, collega-engineers en techniekers.
  • Je analyseert operationele uitdagingen en werkt verbeteracties uit rond kwaliteit, efficiëntie, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je coördineert projecten en volgt implementaties van A tot Z op.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse productie en helpt mee prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Je bouwt expertise op binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving met grote en geautomatiseerde installaties. Je neemt initiatief, brengt mensen samen en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen ook effectief gerealiseerd worden.

Wie ben je?

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld industriële wetenschappen, elektromechanica, werktuigkunde, energie of gelijkaardig.
  • Je bent een starter of hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in productie, techniek en industriële processen.
  • Je haalt energie uit samenwerking en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, maar ook praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en houdt ervan om zaken te coördineren en op te volgen.
