We ontwikkelen, bouwen en reviseren installaties en cilinders voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Bij ons leer je het vak niet alleen achter een bureau, maar juist ook op de werkvloer. Zo weet je precies wat je ontwerpt en voorbereidt. De Baan Als Junior Engineer / Werkvoorbereider start je lekker breed. Je werkt mee in de fabriek met het monteren en reviseren van cilinders en helpt bij constructiebouw. Daarnaast ga je mee op locatie bij klanten, in Nederland en soms ook daarbuiten. Het doel is dat je ons product, onze werkwijze en de praktijk van binnen en buiten goed leert kennen. Vanuit daar groei je stap voor stap door richting een meer zelfstandige rol binnen engineering en werkvoorbereiding. Op termijn ga je je onder andere bezighouden met: - Aansturen van de werkvloer - Contact onderhouden met klanten - Opnemen en uitwerken van werkzaamheden bij klanten - Uitwerken van orders en bestellen van materialen - Begeleiden van projecten en eventueel collega's aansturen Functie Eisen - MBO niveau 3 of 4, richting Middenkader Engineering of vergelijkbaar - Technisch inzicht en een praktische instelling - Ervaring of interesse in machinebouw, constructiebouw en onderhoud - Je kunt werken met Inventor (SolidWorks is een pré) - Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt graag mee - Je bent leergierig en niet bang om je handen vies te maken - Je vindt het geen probleem om af en toe op locatie te werken of te overnachten Wij Bieden - Een salaris van €2841,- (starter) tot aan €4551,- (ervaren) per maand; - Een veelzijdige startersfunctie met veel afwisseling - Werken in de fabriek, op kantoor én bij klanten - Volop ruimte om te leren en door te groeien - Informele werksfeer met korte lij...
