Unser Team ist verantwortlich für die Neu- & Weiterentwicklung der SAP Personalmanagement-Verfahren der ausgegliederten Unternehmen.

Neben der Einrichtung der klassischen SAP HCM Module werden für unsere Kunden auch moderne Individualanwendungen und Apps entwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie arbeiten an der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Entwicklungen im Rahmen von Klein- und Großprojekten im Public Sector, wie z.B. für Universitäten.

* Dabei sind Sie in engem Austausch mit dem Kunden und arbeiten an der Aufnahme der Anforderungen.

* Sie verantworten die Umsetzung mittels Programmierung und Customizing in Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleg_innen, die Sie im Zuge der Projekte begleiten.

* Für die Umsetzung von interaktiven Webanwendungen verwenden Sie SAP UI5 und JavaScript.

* Außerdem kommt ABAP inkl. Schnittstellentechnologien wie ABAP Proxy, WebServices, oData oder IDoc zum Einsatz.

Sie bringen mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Uni/FH mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik)

* Fundierte einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im SAP HCM Umfeld

* Kenntnisse in der objektorientierten Programmierung

* Interesse an neuen Technologien und Digitalisierung von Personalwirtschaftsprozessen

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Je nach Ausbildungsgrad und facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung gilt laut BRZ-Kollektivvertrag ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 56.894,32 bei vollständiger Erfüllung des Anforderungsprofils. Diese Gehaltsangabe bezieht sich auf eine Vollzeitanstellung im Ausmaß von 38,5 Wochenstunden, darüber hinaus geleistete Mehrleistung wird ausgeglichen. Bei mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung ist abhängig von den fachspezifischen Qualifikationen eine Überzahlung möglich.

Die Anstellung erfolgt über eine Arbeitskräfteüberlassung.
