Junior Event & Community Coordinator

Van update meetings of team building events waar iedereen over napraat tot hét Nieuwjaarsfeest dat tot in de puntjes klopt.

Van een intern event waar iedereen over napraat tot een externe bijeenkomst die tot in de puntjes klopt: jij krijgt er energie van om mensen samen te brengen!

Voor één van de bedrijven binnen Cronos zoeken we een Junior Event & Community Coordinator die houdt van organiseren, verbinden en creëren. Het spreekt voor zich dat de nodige soft skills echt wel essentieel zijn om deze rol te vervullen.

Je wordt deel van een warm team. Een hecht team waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt om je eigen ideeën uit te werken, maar waar je er nooit alleen voor staat. Binnen events en community building neem jij het voortouw en draag je mee bij aan een sterke bedrijfscultuur en een werkgeversmerk dat mensen graag leren kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

Events vormen het hart van je job. Maar verwacht vooral geen functie waarin elke week hetzelfde op de planning staat.

  • Jij bent in charge van de interne eventkalender. Van planning en communicatie tot inschrijvingen en praktische organisatie. Jouw doel? Zorgen dat collega's niet alleen weten dat er iets georganiseerd wordt, maar er ook écht bij willen zijn
  • Ook externe events neem je mee in handen. Je zoekt een geschikte locatie, stemt af met leveranciers, regelt catering en bewaakt alle praktische details. En ja, kritisch een foodtruck selecteren hoort er ook bij
  • Je houdt het overzicht over alles wat bij events komt kijken: bestellingen, leveranciers, onderhoudscontracten, catering, timing en praktische opvolging
  • Als spilfiguur breng je mensen samen. Je zorgt dat interne teams, externe partners en leveranciers weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt, plant meetings in en houdt de communicatie helder
  • Je denkt proactief mee na over initiatieven die de community kunnen versterken en denkt daarbij aan het welzijn van iedereen
  • Ook buiten events spring je bij waar nodig en werk je mee aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen marketing en communicatie

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft geen wandelende eventkalender te zijn, maar organiseren zit wel behoorlijk stevig in je systeem.

  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar we zoeken vooral iemand met energie, enthousiasme en een passie voor de eventwereld
  • Een opleiding binnen Eventmanagement, Communicatie, Marketing of een gelijkaardige richting is mooi meegenomen
  • Je krijgt energie van mensen, legt gemakkelijk contacten en voelt je comfortabel in een rol waarin je veel schakelt tussen verschillende partijen
  • Plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen gaan je natuurlijk af
  • Je denkt graag verder dan de klassieke aanpak en durft met nieuwe ideeën te komen
  • Je bent iemand die initiatief Zie je dat iets beter, slimmer of leuker kan? Dan wacht je niet tot iemand anders het voorstelt
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op events en vindt het leuk om mee sfeer te creëren
