Stageplek Leer het werk van eventmanager & projectmanager bij Showtime Orange in Overijssel Wij bieden elk jaar 2 stage plekken (één stageplek in het voorjaar / één stageplek in het najaar) als junior eventmanager. Beschrijving stage / stagiaire event management Showtime Orange is een bureau welke zich richt op het verbinden van mensen door middel van bijzondere evenementen, volledig op maat ontwikkeld en georganiseerd voor onze klanten. Als stagiaire binnen Showtime Orange maak je deel uit van een klein, hecht team van projectmanagers en de directeur. Tijdens je stage ben je ondersteunend voor het team op diverse vlakken. Denk hierbij aan klantencontact (je bent het aanspreekpunt aan de telefoon) en word je opgeleid om vragen van onze klanten te herkennen, analyseren en beantwoorden. Ook ben je een échte multitasker: je zoekt een leuke band uit, intussen bel je met restaurants voor reserveringen, of boek je een helikoptervlucht voor een event. Je leert projectmanagement van events uit eerste lijn: je zorgt samen met de projectmanager voor vlekkeloos contact met leveranciers, je schrijft draaiboeken en gaat op locatiebezoeken. Als het evenement plaatsvindt dan ben jij samen met de projectmanager op locatie om te zorgen dat onze klant volledig ontzorgd wordt. De evenementen worden in alle soorten en maten aangeboden: Het evenement kan een incentive naar het buitenland zijn, maar ook een jubileumfeest voor 500 personen. Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je ook een aantal opdrachten vanuit Showtime om de organisatie beter te leren kennen en te leren over de evenementenbranche. Competenties stagiaire Uiteraard kom je bij ons om kennis te maken met de evenementenbranche en je hierin te ontwikkelen. Showtime ziet bij de stagiaire graag een geordend persoon, een zakelijke en geïnteresseerde houding, geen 9-17 mentaliteit en uiteraard affiniteit met de evenementenbranche.
