Ter versterking van ons operationele team zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Expediteur A-Z met een eerste relevante ervaring binnen expeditie of internationale logistiek.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van transportdossiers van A tot Z, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met klanten, transporteurs, rederijen en agenten wereldwijd.

Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal logistiek en supply chain-bedrijf dat wereldwijd geïntegreerde transport- en logistieke oplossingen aanbiedt. Met een sterke focus op innovatie, klantgerichtheid en operationele excellence ondersteunt de organisatie bedrijven bij het optimaliseren van hun goederenstromen over land, zee, lucht en via warehousingactiviteiten.

Omschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van expeditiedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Organiseren van import-, export- en cross-trade zendingen.
  • Onderhouden van dagelijkse contacten met klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en rederijen.
  • Opmaken, controleren en verwerken van transportdocumentatie.
  • Opvragen en onderhandelen van tarieven.
  • Opvolgen van zendingen en proactief communiceren over de voortgang.
  • Registreren en verwerken van dossiers in het operationele systeem.
  • Oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en afwijkingen.
  • Controleren van kosten en voorbereiden van facturatie.
  • Bewaken van deadlines, servicelevels en klanttevredenheid.

Profiel

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen expeditie, forwarding of internationale logistiek.
  • Ervaring met zeevracht, luchtvracht of wegtransport is een sterke plus.
  • Je hebt reeds zelfstandig operationele dossiers opgevolgd.
  • Goede kennis van transportdocumentatie en logistieke processen.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor jouw dossiers.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office en operationele software.
