En tant que Gestionnaire d'installations junior, vous assurez la liaison entre nos succursales, nos fournisseurs et nos équipes internes. Rattaché(e) au Gestionnaire immobilier et des installations senior , vous assumez des missions variées assorties d'importantes responsabilités.

  • Gestion et optimisation des différentes succursales , y compris le suivi des problèmes liés aux installations et des axes d'amélioration.
  • Coordination de la maintenance, du nettoyage, de l'approvisionnement en café et des autres achats pour l'établissement , y compris le maintien des contacts avec les fournisseurs.
  • Suivi de la maintenance préventive en collaboration avec le conseiller en prévention.
  • Gestion des bons de commande (BC) et traitement correct des factures et suivi administratif.
  • Contribuer activement à l'amélioration des processus , à l'optimisation des coûts et à une meilleure prestation de services.
  • En moyenne, 15 % du temps de travail est consacré aux déplacements entre les différentes agences, les fournisseurs, les clients ou pour des rendez-vous. Un véhicule de service est mis à disposition à cet effet.
  • Collaboration étroite avec les parties prenantes internes et externes , en privilégiant la prise d'initiative et un travail axé sur l'action.
  • 1 tot 5 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen facility management, office management of een gelijkaardige omgeving.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve en actiegerichte ingesteldheid: problemen worden gesignaleerd én aangepakt, zonder af te wachten.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met goed timemanagement en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om vlot professionele relaties op te bouwen met leveranciers, collega's en andere stakeholders.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is een sterke plus.
  • Computervaardig, nauwkeurig en praktisch ingesteld, met een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
