Henri van de Glind [email protected] 06 - 53 93 64 37 Als Junior Field Service Engineer leer je complete sorteer- en verpakkingsmachines kennen en werk je toe naar een zelfstandige rol in de buitendienst. Je begint met begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Zo bouw je stap voor stap kennis op van mechanica, elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek. Je reist uiteindelijk ongeveer 50 tot 60% van je tijd naar klanten in Nederland en het buitenland. Na je inwerkperiode draai je gemiddeld eens per zes à zeven weken mee in de storingsdienst. Dit zijn je werkzaamheden: - Samen met ervaren Field Service Engineers nieuwe machines bij klanten installeren, aansluiten en in bedrijf stellen. - Mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen opsporen en oplossen. - Onderhoud uitvoeren en onderdelen vervangen. - Leren hoe motoren, sensoren, aandrijvingen en PLC-besturingen samenwerken. - Klanten na ingebruikname uitleg en training geven over hun machines. Binnen de eigen R&D-afdeling ontwikkelt de organisatie nieuwe technologie en verbetert zij bestaande systemen. Daardoor werk je met machines en automatisering die in ontwikkeling blijven. Deze machinebouwer ontwikkelt geautomatiseerde sorteer- en verpakkingssystemen voor verse groenten en fruit en behoort tot de toonaangevende spelers in deze markt. De machines combineren mechanica, elektrotechniek, productherkenning, camera- en sensortechnologie en industriële automatisering. Sommige installaties beslaan meerdere voetbalvelden.
