The posting

Als Field Support Engineer ben je de ondersteunende kracht voor onze projecten en projectleiders bij het plaatsen van nieuwe liften.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Je ondersteunt de projectleiders op zowel administratief als technisch vlak en verleent assistentie aan de organisatie van onze werven (transport, communicatie met onderaannemers,…). Je regelt de planning van de projecten in functie van de toestand van de werven en analyseert eventuele risico’s.
  • Je verzorgt de materiaalvoorbereiding van de projecten en volgt deze bestellingen op zodat ze tijdig geleverd worden.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van het dossier: je noteert de risicopunten en voert een dossierstudie. Je bestelt het materiaal en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig geleverd wordt.
  • Je werkt technische oplossingen uit voor terugkerende problemen op de werven en bent in staat om globale verbeterprojecten te ondersteunen of op te zetten.
  • Je maakt eenvoudige technische tekeningen op en past bestaande plannen aan in AutoCAD en Inventor of SolidWorks.
  • Je onderhoudt goede interne contacten met de verschillende afdelingen. Vooral de aankoop- en logistieke afdeling vormen een belangrijke partner voor jou

Welk troeven heb je in huis?

  • Je hebt een opleiding elektromechanica of elektriciteit/elektronica afgerond.
  • Je kan je uitstekend uitdrukken in het Nederlands en spreekt ook goed Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch én administratief sterk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je bent een betrouwbare teamspeler met een positieve ingesteldheid die steeds oplossingsgericht werkt.
  • Je beschikt over een algemene kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van AutoCAD alsook van Inventor of SolidWorks.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
