Ben jij graag met cijfers bezig, maar wil je méér dan alleen facturen inboeken? Voor het Finance team van onze klant Brussels in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw zoekt Konvert Halle een enthousiaste collega die hun finance verantwoordelijke ondersteunt in de dagelijkse financiële en administratieve werking. Je komt terecht in een klein team waar ze nauw samenwerken en elkaar helpen waar nodig. We zoeken dan ook geen hokjesdenker, maar een echte teamplayer die graag bijleert, initiatief neemt en niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. De functie is bewust breed en gevarieerd. Je krijgt de kans om verschillende aspecten van finance en accounting te leren kennen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je staat mee in voor de klantenfacturatie en de bijhorende administratieve opvolging.
  • Je volgt klanten en betalingen op.
  • Je verwerkt en boekt leveranciersfacturen.
  • Je bereidt leveranciersbetalingen voor.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de algemene boekhouding.
  • Je volgt mee de cashflow en thesaurie op.
  • Je werkt mee aan de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van boekhoudkundige aangiftes en verplichtingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van de jaarlijkse audit.
  • Je neemt verschillende financiële en administratieve taken op die bij de dagelijkse werking van het Finance team horen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masteropleiding in accountancy, finance of bedrijfsmanagement, of je hebt al 1 à 2 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en voelt je thuis tussen cijfers.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent vooral ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en hebt zin om bij te leren.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en wil stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken.
  • Ook de meer administratieve en operationele taken die bij Finance horen, pak je gewoon mee aan.
  • Je bent vlot met digitale tools. Ervaring met Exact Online is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator in Nederlands en Frans.
