Door een goed financieel beheer kent de directie de financiële situatie van de onderneming. Ook zorgt hij ervoor dat de lonen en de rekeningen tijdig betaald worden. Bovendien zorgt hij ervoor dat de fiscus, de externe accountant en overige stakeholders content zijn.
