The posting

  • Je draagt de algemene financiële verantwoordelijkheid voor de groep in België en 3 andere landen
  • Definiëren van de financiële processen, rapporteringsprincipes en controles over de volledige groep, en het verder op elkaar afstemmen van de financiële werking in de verschillende landen
  • Vormgeven van de financiële architectuur van de groep op vlak van rapportering, accounting, fiscaliteit, budgettering, cashflowbeheer en business performance analyse
  • Je werkt hands-on, verankert de accountingprocessen verder in het ERP-systeem en zorgt voor een tijdige en betrouwbare financiële zichtbaarheid richting Board en management
  • Als lid van het Management Team breng je financiële inzichten in bij operationele en strategische besluitvorming ter ondersteuning van de groei van de groep
  • Optimaliseren van werkkapitaal en cashdiscipline (facturatie, billing, cash conversion, WIP/voorraad)
  • Verhogen van de zichtbaarheid op rentabiliteit per klant, project, service line, land en juridische entiteit
  • Leiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van de finance teams, met een cultuur gericht op accountability en continue verbetering
  • Versterken en bewaken van compliance, governance en risicobeheer binnen de groep
  • Je stuurt rechtstreeks de finance teams van 4 landen aan en werkt nauw samen met de Branch manager in Portugal
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het lid van de Board op groepsniveau
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in finance, waarvan ervaring met een brede financiële eindverantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken over meerdere juridische entiteiten heen; internationale ervaring is een pluspunt
  • Je beschikt over brede financiële expertise: accounting, controlling, consolidatie, budgettering, forecasting en cashflow
  • Je hebt ervaring in het leiden en ontwikkelen van finance professionals
  • Je combineert sterke analytische skills met een hands-on ingesteldheid en de bereidheid om operationele financiële taken zelf op te nemen
  • Je hebt ervaring met het structureren en verbeteren van financiële processen in een multi-entity omgeving
  • Ervaring in een industriële, engineering- of projectgedreven omgeving is een plus
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van AFAS is een voordeel
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
