Onze klant maakt deel uit van een internationale industriële groep met verschillende entiteiten en is op zoek naar een Junior Finance Manager in regio Olen.

Binnen deze internationale omgeving vormt finance de schakel tussen de lokale activiteiten en de internationale rapportering. Als Junior Finance Manager neem je een brede verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de financiële afdeling en werk je nauw samen met zowel de Finance Manager als internationale finance teams.

Je combineert een sterke operationele financiële basis met verantwoordelijkheid over afsluitingen, rapportering, btw en compliance. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te werken aan projecten rond optimalisatie, automatisatie en financiële transformatie. De functie biedt op termijn de mogelijkheid om verder door te groeien binnen finance en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Junior finance manager - Job omschrijving

  • Closing & rapportering: Je neemt een actieve rol op binnen de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen van verschillende Europese entiteiten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële cijfers en werkt mee aan een correcte groepsrapportering richting internationale stakeholders.
  • BTW & compliance: Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over complexe Europese btw-processen, volgt aangiftes en reconciliaties op, werkt samen met externe adviseurs en draagt bij aan de naleving van lokale en internationale regelgeving.
  • Projecten & optimalisatie: Je werkt mee aan audits, interne controles en verschillende financiële transformatie-, automatiserings- en procesverbeteringsprojecten. Hierbij krijg je de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig ownership te nemen over specifieke initiatieven.

Junior finance manager - Profiel

  • GL expertise: Je beschikt over een stevige achtergrond binnen general ledger accounting en hebt een goede kennis van Europese btw-regelgeving en internationale transacties.
  • Groeipotentieel: Je bent klaar om de stap te zetten van een sterk operationeel finance-profiel naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid en ownership. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Business partner: Je denkt verder dan de cijfers alleen, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en groeit graag uit tot een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor zowel finance als de business.
  • Internationale mindset: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels, behoudt het overzicht in een multi-entity omgeving en voelt je comfortabel binnen een internationale Europese context.
