Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung für das bestehende Finance-Team.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Operatives Accounting: Buchung von Accruals, Provisions sowie Durchführung von Reclasses und Reconciliations (Kontoabstimmungen).

* Financial Analysis & Reporting: Mitwirkung bei der Analyse von Bilanz und GuV sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Statistik-Reports.

* Compliance & Audits: Unterstützung bei SOX-Controls und Vorbereitung von Audit-Unterlagen.

* Prozessunterstützung: Nutzung von Excel und Power BI zur Erstellung und Optimierung von Reports.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Finance, Accounting) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.

* Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen (auch ambitionierte Berufseinsteiger/Absolventen mit einschlägiger Praktika-Erfahrung sind willkommen).

* Starkes Zahlenverständnis sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und Grundkenntnisse in Power BI.

* Erste Erfahrung mit SAP ist von Vorteil.

* Branchenerfahrung im Produktionsumfeld oder erste Einblicke in KI-Tools (z. B. Microsoft Copilot) sind ein Plus.
