De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Junior Financial Controller in Ingelmunster?

  • Je verzamelt en controleert financiële, commerciële en operationele gegevens en zorgt dat de rapportering correct en volledig is.
  • KPI-overzichten en rapporteringen bereid je voor en je maakt een eerste analyse van de cijfers.
  • Afwijkingen en trends in kosten, productiviteit en resultaten weet je snel te signaleren.
  • Samen met de Controllers bereid je analyses en toelichtingen voor en bespreek je de belangrijkste inzichten.
  • Ook bij investeringen en kostprijsberekeningen ondersteun je de controllingafdeling.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de data en zorgt dat documenten en rapporteringen correct gedocumenteerd zijn.
  • Zie je een proces dat efficiënter kan? Dan krijg je de ruimte om verbeteringen mee uit te werken en te implementeren.

Binnen deze organisatie krijg je de kans om de werking van een bedrijf van dichtbij te leren kennen: van operations en costing tot supply chain en commerciële activiteiten. Als Junior Financial Controller kom je daardoor met heel wat verschillende onderdelen van de business in contact. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren Controllers en krijgt zo de kans om jouw kennis van rapportering, analyse en controlling stap voor stap verder uit te bouwen. Wie ben jij als Junior Financial Controller in Ingelmunster?

  • Je hebt een bachelor op zak of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen finance, administratie, controlling of een analytische functie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Met Excel kun je vlot werken. Kennis van Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterke cijfermatige en analytische ingesteldheid en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent hands-on, georganiseerd en neemt spontaan initiatief.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
