Deze Junior Financial Controller rol in Brugge biedt jou de kans om te starten bij een sterk retailbedrijf dat bekend staat om zijn ondersteunende werkomgeving, flexibele werkuren en ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Wat ga jij doen?

  • Je voert diverse analyses uit van financiële cijfers om inzicht te krijgen in de prestaties van het bedrijf en ondersteunt zo het management bij strategische beslissingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan het opmaken van de jaarrekeningen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met andere afdelingen om correcte en tijdige rapportages te garanderen.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar risico's en opportuniteiten binnen het bedrijf door financiële data grondig te onderzoeken en trends te signaleren.
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen, waarbij je voorstellen doet om processen binnen finance te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van budgetten en forecasts
  • Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende teams om financiële informatie helder te communiceren en gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle financiële documentatie correct wordt bijgehouden volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je neemt deel aan interne audits en helpt mee om compliance binnen de organisatie te waarborgen.
  • Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van rapportagetools en systemen door feedback te geven vanuit jouw dagelijkse praktijk.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting
  • Je bent net afgestudeerd of hebt al een eerste relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen finance of controlling.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van Engels
  • Je bent analytisch sterk ingesteld
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband maar kan evengoed zelfstandig taken oppakken wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig in het verwerken van financiële gegevens zodat rapportages altijd correct zijn.
  • Je toont initiatief door actief mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen processen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld waardoor je makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
