Daarom zoeken wij voor het kantoor in Hilversum een Junior Financial Controller die de financiële organisatie verder helpt professionaliseren. We zoeken nadrukkelijk niet iemand die alleen de administratie verwerkt maar een ervaren en scherpe financial die zelfstandig werkt, begrijpt wat er achter de cijfers gebeurt en in staat is om betrouwbare financiële informatie op te leveren. Je hebt al een aantal jaren relevante ervaring en bent toe aan een functie waarin je meer verantwoordelijkheid hebt. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren en controleren van de financiële administratie - Verzorgen en verbeteren van periodieke afsluitingen - Opstellen van financiële en managementrapportages - Bewaken en analyseren van balans- en resultaatrekeningen - Werken met en optimaliseren van Exact Online - Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbeterpunten - Meedenken over cashflow, financiële processen en verdere professionalisering - Rechtstreeks schakelen met de directie en externe financiële partijen. We zoeken iemand die zeer accuraat, analytisch en zelfstandig is. Je bent sterk met Exact Online en Excel en vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te krijgen. Beleggingspanden-Financiering nl is een snelgroeiende onderneming in vastgoedfinanciering.
