Bij Bever zoeken we een een (junior) Financial Controller die energie krijgt van inzicht creëren, processen verbeteren en samenwerken met collega's uit de hele organisatie. In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om door te groeien, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en écht impact te maken binnen dé duurzame Outdoor Retailorganisatie van Nederland. Kom werken op ons hoofdkantoor in Pijnacker als (junior) Financial Controller en verdien €3400 - €3800 bruto per maand o.b.v. 38 uur. Over Bever Met passie bouwen wij aan langdurige klantrelaties door producten aan te bieden met respect voor de natuur, gecombineerd met deskundig advies, service en onderhoud. Met meer dan 40 winkels in Nederland en een webshop is de juiste buitenuitrusting en het volgende buitenavontuur altijd binnen handbereik. Wat ga jij doen? Cijfers vertellen een verhaal en jij weet hoe je dat leest. Als (junior) Financial Controller bij Bever vertaal je financiële data naar bruikbare inzichten en draag je bij aan betrouwbare processen en beslissingen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de maand- en jaarafsluiting en ondersteunt bij de jaarlijkse audit met analyses, controles en onderbouwingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je uitrusting Jij durft kritisch te kijken naar processen binnen de organisatie en begrijpt diverse financiële, compliance en andere bedrijfsmatige processen. Jij bent analytisch sterk en brengt van nature stabiliteit in een omgeving.
