Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Als Junior Financial Controller ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel Finance als de operationele afdelingen. Je ondersteunt de organisatie met financiële inzichten en helpt mee de prestaties van het bedrijf verder te verbeteren.

  • Analyseren, interpreteren en bespreken van financiële resultaten met operationele verantwoordelijken.
  • Actieve ondersteuning van de maandelijkse afsluiting en het opmaken van tijdige en accurate managementrapporteringen.
  • Bijdragen aan het budget-, forecast- en businessplanningsproces.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses en formuleren van financiële inzichten ter ondersteuning van managementbeslissingen.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van KPI's, rapporteringen en Power BI-dashboards.
  • Ondersteuning van het cashmanagement en bijdragen aan een optimale financiële sturing van de organisatie.
  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie en digitalisering van processen en interne controles.

Wat zijn jouw troeven:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen controlling, audit of financiële analyse is een pluspunt.
  • Een sterke analytische mindset en een passie voor cijfers.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de capaciteit om financiële informatie helder te vertalen naar niet-financiële collega's.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en werkt proactief.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Kennis van een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Power BI en SQL is een sterke troef.
