Als Junior Functioneel Analist ben jij de verbindende factor tussen de klant en ons technische team. Je onderzoekt de businessvereisten en ziet uitdagingen als kansen.

Je staat in voor volgende taken:

  • Diepgaand communiceren met de klant om de bedrijfsprocessen en behoeften te begrijpen.
  • De bedrijfsprocessen van de klant evalueren in vergelijking met de gedefinieerde oplossing (as-is en to-be).
  • De klant begeleiden bij het aanpassen van bedrijfsprocessen volgens standaardprocessen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over specifieke functionele domeinen, volgens best practices.
  • Functionele testscripts opstellen en uitvoeren, en de klant ondersteunen tijdens testfasen.
  • Trainingen verzorgen voor collega’s, partners en (eind)klanten

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma (bijvoorbeeld in economie, business engineering: management information systems, etc.) of studeert binnenkort af en je wilt je eerste stappen riching functionele analyse zetten
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en praat vlot Engels.
  • Je hebt kennis van SQL
  • UML, BMPN en user stories zijn voor jouw geen onbekende termen.
  • Je bent een open communicator die op een respectvolle manier communiceert.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en neemt een pro-actieve houding aan
  • Je bent communicatief en kan zelfstandig werken
