Heb je ervaring op het gebied van persoonlijke communicatie met gemeenten en burger? Dan is de vacature Junior Gebiedstoezichthouder wellicht wat voor jou! Wat ga je doen Als Junior Gebiedstoezichthouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de door waterschap Hollandse Delta uitgegeven vergunningen. Ook fungeer je als kennismakelaar tussen de verschillende partijen en waterschap Hollandse Delta. Je draagt zorg voor de instandhouding en verbetering van de kwaliteit en functionaliteit van het gebied, een optimaal waterbeheer en ondersteuning bij belangentegenstellingen. Hiervoor onderhoudt je contacten met de gebiedsbeheerders uit het team en met diverse afdelingen binnen het waterschap o.a. op het gebied van vergunningverlening, planvorming, handhaving, beleid en bestuurlijk juridische zaken maar ook met de gemeenten in je werkgebied, belangengroeperingen, aannemers en natuurorganisaties en zeker ook met individuele ingelanden. Over het team De teams Buiten Oost bestaat uit ongeveer 40 collega's die samen het oostelijk deel van het werkgebied van waterschap Hollandse Delta (IJsselmonde en Hoeksche Waard) bedienen en onderhouden op het gebied van waterkering, watersysteem en infra. Dit ben jij Om je werk goed te kunnen doen heb je een uitstekende kennis van het gebied en kan jij je goed verplaatsen in de verschillende belanghebbenden. Verder heb je: - minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau; - aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van persoonlijke communicatie met bijvoorbeeld gemeenten en burger (een pre, geen eis); - rijbewijs B.
