In dieser vielseitigen Position stehst du unseren Fachbereichen bei allen Fragen rund um Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz beratend zur Seite und unterstützt sie bei der Gestaltung sicherer Arbeitsbedingungen. Dabei stellst du die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sicher und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Health & Safety Managementsystems ein.

Was dich erwartet:

* Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung von Sicherheits- und Notfallplänen, Betriebsanweisungen sowie weiteren EHS-Dokumenten

* Durchführung von Audits und Sicherheitsbegehungen sowie Analyse und Dokumentation von Vorfällen

* Beratung und zentrale Ansprechperson für EHS-Themen inklusive Mitwirkung bei sicherheitsrelevanten Schulungen und Unterweisungen

* Evaluierung von Arbeitsmitteln, -stoffen und -verfahren inkl. Gefahrenanalyse sowie Unterstützung der Bereiche bei der Definition von Schutzmaßnahmen (inkl. Qualifizierung von PSA)

* Koordination von EHS-Fachkräften sowie Überwachung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und sicherheitsrelevanter Kennzahlen

Was du mitbringst:

* Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft wünschenswert

* Ausbildung zum/zur Abfallbeauftragten von Vorteil

* Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Engagement, Teamfähigkeit sowie bereichsübergreifendes Denken

* gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
