Voor een internationale speler regio Laakdal/Tessenderlo zoeken we twee enthousiaste Young Graduates die het HR Process Delivery team kunnen versterken.

  • opleiding: je hebt net je bachelor diploma behaald (bij voorkeur binnen HR) - ook gedreven masters die pragmatisch aan de slag willen, komen zeker in aanmerking
  • talen: je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels (zowel geschreven als gesproken), gezien de internationale context
  • vaardigheden: je werkt uiterst secuur, bent oplossingsgericht en blijft stressbestendig, ook als de ticketbox volstroomt
  • attitude: je bent leergierig, communicatief en helpt collega's graag verder
  • term¿ijn: je staat open voor een tijdelijke opdracht van 7 a 12 maanden

Samen met 5 gedreven collega's vorm jij de motor van de personeelsadministratie. Je ondersteunt duizenden medewerkers (zowel vaste krachten als uitzendkrachten) en bent de go-to persoon voor uiteenlopende HR- en benefitvragen.

  • eerste aanspreekpunt: je verwerkt en volgt binnenkomende HR-tickets op via een gestructureerd kwaliteits- en opvolgsysteem
  • HR & sociale wetgeving: je beantwoordt vragen over verlofregelingen, ziekteverzuim, educatief verlof, ouderschapsverlof en beloningspakketten (benefits)
  • stakeholder management: je staat dagelijks in nauw contact met IT, Payroll, Wellbeing en externe instanties zoals RVA, VDAB en RJV
  • process optimalisatie: je denkt actief mee over hoe HR-processen nóg efficienter en vlotte kunnen verlopen
